Q: Where do I get my downloadable order?

A: The downloadable order can be downloaded from your account at emicadirect.com

Q: How can I download my order after checkout?

A: To download your order, please login to your account and then go to 'My Account'. Then select 'Downloads' from My Account page. Under Downloads you will have all available downloadable items, just click the download button with green background.

Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal and all credit cards.

Q: How can I see the invoice of my order?

A: To see the invoice of your processed orders, please login to your account and go to 'My Account'. Then select 'View your order history'.
